MoneyBack guarantee — the full terms+
We refund the entire plan price, GST included, if you do not find a home (tenants) or a tenant (owners) within the plan validity. To keep the guarantee fair, these conditions apply:
- Raise the claim within 7 days after the plan expires, from Account › Payments or the Contact page.
- Tenants: reply to your relationship manager within 48 hours each time, attend at least 70% of the visits you confirmed, and change your budget or locality preferences at most twice during the plan.
- Owners: keep the listing live for the full validity with rent within 10% of the NRR Nivas estimate for similar homes, accept visit requests within 48 hours, and decline no more than 3 verified tenants who match your stated preferences.
- The refund is forfeited if the property was rented, bought or sold through any other channel during the plan.
- Approved refunds, including GST, are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Gateway charges are not deducted.

Questions, answered
Do plan prices include GST?+
Yes. Every price shown is the final amount you pay, GST at the applicable rate included. A GST invoice is available under Account › Payments right after purchase.
What counts as a "contact"?+
One contact is one owner, pattadar or developer (or, for owner plans, one tenant) whose phone number you unlock or whom you start a chat with. Unlocking the same person again is free. Contacts do not roll over after the plan expires.
When does my plan start?+
The moment payment succeeds. Validity is counted in calendar days from that moment and shows in your account dashboard.
Can I upgrade mid-way?+
Yes. Buying a higher plan replaces the current one immediately. Remaining contacts on the old plan lapse, so upgrade when you are close to using them up.
What does a relationship manager actually do?+
On Relax, MoneyBack and Land Advisor plans a named NRR Nivas manager calls owners on your behalf, confirms availability and price, schedules visits around your calendar and negotiates deposit, move-in or registration dates.
What does the Land Advisor title check cover?+
For up to 3 properties anywhere in Telangana — farmland in Nalgonda or Siddipet, a venture plot in Warangal, an apartment project in Hyderabad: encumbrance certificate (30 years), link documents, pattadar passbook and Dharani records, survey-number match with the layout, RERA registration for apartment projects, and the HMDA / DTCP approval as stated by the developer, reviewed by an empanelled advocate. It is an aid to your decision, not a guarantee of title; registration still goes through the district Sub-Registrar.
How do refunds work?+
Standard plans can be cancelled within 24 hours if no benefit has been used. MoneyBack plans are refunded in full after expiry if you did not find a home or tenant and met the plan conditions. Refunds go back to the original payment method in 7–10 business days.
