When does my landlord receive the money?
Within one business day of your card payment, by UPI or IMPS/NEFT. You both get an SMS and email confirmation.
Is there a limit?
₹1,000 to ₹5,00,000 per transaction. Your card issuer's limits also apply.
Will my card treat this as a cash advance?
No. It is a regular merchant transaction under the real-estate / rent category. Some issuers exclude rent from reward points — check your card terms.
